For guests staying overnight or longer. Register them before or on arrival — the front desk verifies the pass when they get here, and only endorsed guests may enter. For a visitor coming and going the same day, use the Daily Visitor Pass instead.

One guest and one ID per pass. Submit a separate Long-Term Guest Pass for every person. Each guest receives their own QR and presents their own ID at the lobby.

Guest Stay Terms

Six things to pass on to your guests. You'll need to tick the box below to submit.

  1. Only the guests you list may enter. They can't sign in additional guests of their own — that's what protects everyone else's privacy.
  2. No pets. Guests may not bring animals of any kind into the towers.
  3. Keep noise down. Your neighbours may be resting, working, or have children asleep.
  4. Refuse rooms are by the elevators, open 5:00–10:00 AM and 5:00–10:00 PM.
  5. No smoking, anywhere in the building.
  6. Questions about the unit go to you, the owner or your authorised representative — not to the front desk.

Management is not liable for loss or damage to guests' belongings, or for injuries while using the amenities.

Short-Term Rental Declaration

House Rules prohibit using a unit as a short-term rental — Airbnb, staycation, transient or nightly letting. A guest pass is for people you know staying as your guests, not paying customers.
