Welcome home.
Whether you've just bought your unit or you're renting it, here's everything you need to settle in: register, book your move, get connected, and meet the community waiting for you above Circuit Makati.
Register with the Admin Office
Before move-in day, every resident is registered with the STCC Admin Office so the front desk, security, and concierge know you belong here. The step is slightly different depending on whether you own the unit or you're renting it.
Register as a homeowner. Once you're on file you can manage your own move, register pets, and (when the time comes) register a tenant of your own.
Your unit owner must register you as their tenant and submit a copy of your signed lease. Once that's on file with the Admin Office, you have the same day-to-day access as any resident.
What to bring
- One valid government-issued ID per adult resident
- Proof of ownership (owners) or a copy of the lease (tenants)
- An emergency contact — name and mobile number
- Vehicle & plate details, if you'll be using parking
Book your move-in
All move-ins and large deliveries are scheduled in advance through the Delivery / Move Pass so security can expect you and the service elevator is reserved. This keeps the lobby clear and your move smooth.
File the pass at least 24 hours ahead, book the service elevator with the Admin Office, and route movers through the loading dock, never the residential lobby lifts. Exact move windows and any deposit are confirmed with Admin when you book.
Get connected
Solstice runs on two channels, one voice. Join both so you never miss an advisory and always have neighbors to ask.
Official notices, advisories, and emergency bulletins from the Admin Office and Board: one-way, no chatter. This is the channel that matters in an emergency.
Where homeowners and tenants talk to each other: questions, recommendations, neighborly life. The forum guidelines apply to everyone.
Both channels follow the community forum rules: keep it kind, keep it relevant, and take unit-specific concerns to the Complaints Portal rather than the group chat.
Know the essentials
A few things worth reading in your first week. They'll save you a trip to the front desk later.
The community's governing rules on noise, common areas, deliveries, and conduct. A five-minute read that makes everything else make sense.
Have a pet? Register it with current vaccination records: a one-time registration, renewed annually.
Planning any in-unit repair or renovation? File a Work Permit before any contractor arrives. It's reviewed within three days, and works are not allowed on weekends.
Amenities & access
Your home comes with the shared 8th-floor amenity deck, the heart of the community, with the city laid out below.
The pools, gym, and gardens are open to all residents; the function room is reservable for private gatherings. Pool reservations and function-room bookings go through the Admin Office and the reservation form. Keep an eye on the events calendar for classes, maintenance windows, and what's booked.
Access cards & fobs: your building access cards (and parking/vehicle stickers, if applicable) are issued by the Admin Office once your registration is complete. Bring a valid ID to collect them, and report a lost card to the front desk right away so it can be deactivated.
Who to call
Security and the concierge desks are answered around the clock. For any life-threatening emergency, always call 911 first.
A note for our tenants
You're a full member of this community — the amenities, the channels, and the front desk are yours to use, the same as any owner.
For building and community matters — a noisy corridor, a broken lift, a maintenance issue, anything about shared spaces — file it on the Complaints Portal so it's logged and tracked to resolution. For unit and lease matters — rent, repairs inside your unit, your contract — those go to your landlord, the unit owner. When in doubt, ask the Admin Office and they'll point you the right way.
Settle in, say hello, and we'll see you on the deck. Welcome to Solstice.
