Manner of payment Settled at the Admin Office once your booking is approved. Please choose how you will pay.

Expected number of guests Please give an expected headcount.

Guest list Required at booking so Security can check arrivals. If the list is long or not final, put what you have and email the rest to the Admin Office before the day. Please give the names of your guests.

Caterer If applicable. Caterers must follow the House Rules and Fire Safety Regulations.

Other service provider If applicable.
