Required Documents

Submit photocopies at the Administration Office together with this application:

For Registered Parking Slot Owners
  1. New application: photocopy of the Vehicle's Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt.
  2. Renewal: photocopy of the Official Receipt.
For Non-Owners of Parking Slots
  1. Photocopy of the Vehicle's Certificate of Registration and Official Receipt.
  2. Authorization from the parking slot owner: Notarized Lease Agreement (if Tenant) or Endorsement Letter (if Guest).
Rules & Applicant's Undertaking

Please read the terms below. You must acknowledge them to submit your application.

  1. Validity: sticker/s issued are valid for one (1) year (January 1 to December 31).
  2. Processing period: maximum of three (3) working days upon receipt of documents.
  3. Posting of sticker/s: vehicle sticker/s must be posted by the assigned Security Guard.
  4. Outstanding balances: unpaid dues, water and other accounts must be settled at the Administration Office before the sticker can be issued.
  5. Replacement: if a sticker is damaged, the Applicant or Unit Owner may request a replacement in writing, subject to the posting rules. Replacement fees will be collected.

I shall hold Solstice Towers Condo Corp. free from liability from any untoward incident, injury, and damage that may occur arising from use of the sticker/s within the building. The issuance of the sticker/s does not carry acceptance or liability on the part of Solstice Towers Condo Corp.

I bind myself and whoever I authorize to drive my vehicle to follow all rules and regulations of Solstice Towers Condo Corp. as stated in the House Rules, Master Deed, and Declaration of Restrictions. Upon sale or transfer of ownership of my vehicle/s, I commit to inform the Administration Office in writing no later than the date of sale or transfer, and to physically remove the sticker/s issued.
