In line with current amenity area conditions, the Board of STCC has decided to temporarily suspend the Pool Fee for guests, effective January 3, 2026. This suspension reflects the Board's focus on supporting the members of the condominium corporation and ensuring that the works currently being done at the amenity area are finished within resident expectations.
